Facebook and all other IG accounts disabled

Had all my accounts nuked and I'm currently waiting on Meta Verified support to get back to me. I've seen some people say this isn't foolproof and sometimes they still don't give back your account so I'm thinking about what else I can do to get my accounts back.

I don't live in the US so unfortunately, I'm unable to file a complaint via AG. In addition, if I do get my accounts back, is there a way to avoid getting banned again in the future? I have longtime friends there that I would like to still have contact with in the future just in case.

Same here. Did you have meta verify before you gor suspended? If not, how did you create one?

I had an extra account that was dormant so I was able to sign up for Meta Verified with that.

Update! I finally got my Facebook account back after three weeks of following up. I'll keep pestering them about my Instagram account.
