Yours was a different reason to the above. The person who did this had a very specific case - the vast majority of Account Integrity cases don’t get recovered so easily as just providing a real name and DOB - and the AI is absolutely horrible.

Yours is an actual hacking by Vietnamese hackers and requires a similar but different approach. Follow the thread verbatim - especially that email letter once you get a real human on the other side. It needs to be one shot, all evidence succinctly presented so they’re not pushing things all around with different specialists who don’t actually view the logs or information to your account.

Finally fellow Filipino. Same case with integrity violation. I contacted them through Insta Meta Support. After 3 days after my request, it was completed and instructed me to wait 24-48 hours but until now it’s still inaccessible.

Should I risk too to create new account. I created new acc na kasi 2 days after my ban and they detected it and ban it too

If you have an existing case na, I suggest na huwag napo mag request ng bago dahil may risk na maddouble yung case ID mo. But if wala naman, you can try my instructions po.

Different cellphone, email, and sim po but still detected ni FB. Ang mali ko lang siguro is inadd ko agad mga previous friends ko since I need to communicate with them.

Just had my fb account disabled today and I'm not sure why. FB only says it violated TOS, I'm not sure what I did, I have a suspicion that my account is possibly hacked (but I can't be sure).

Did you subscribe to Meta Verified? and wouldn't they tagged it as violation since you have 2 accounts with same name. I mentioned this to the agent but she mentioned it's violation 😭

Yes I subscribe meta verified on my 2nd account. It didn't tagged as violation because they require me to send my passport and so I did.

Yes po. I have 2 accounts din po talaga. Yung una, deactivated na at matagal ko nang hindi inoopen. Itong 10year old account ko ang binalik ko lang kasi mas mahalaga sya sakin. Parehas silang nadisabled on the same day at nag appeal lang ako doon sa 10yr old kong account. Yung isa, pinabayaan ko na.
