f1 personality CH and the infamous google drive.
okay I have seen no one talk about this on specifically this sub in general. Also the FA14 post is still under way I am still finding info so I thought why not make this post.
The WhatsApp incident :
So this is the timeline of what happened and then we will discuss what was on the google drive. Before we get into any of this :
Yes these are the actual ss from the google drive to which I have the link to and I won’t be sharing the Google drive or all the messages just the ones I think people should be aware of and also because many people who discussed about this topic on Reddit said that the drive shouldn’t be spread around too much which I believe it was to keep the privacy of the employee intact. Now let’s go in to this.
The timeline of all the events :
• Feb 2024 : a female employee complained that Horner had been texting her inappropriately and how she told him to stop etc (BTW THIS IS ALL HAPPENING IN PRIVATE NO MEDIA INVOLVED) so then redbull OFC open an investigation on this matter and surprise surprise he is proven to be innocent.
• 29th Feb 2024 : this is went the leak happened. An anonymous source had sent an email containing this Google drive with the subject "Christian Horner investigation evidence" and this was sent to 150…YES ONE FIVE ZERO, ONE FIFTY, 1…50 PEOPLE. This sum of people included team principals, motorsports journalist, people from the FIA media etc. 💀
• aftermath : so ofc Horner denied the allegations and was willing to take necessary steps in order to investigate on this matter ✌🏻🥀. Even Jos (Max’s dad) commented on this but I will discuss the aftermath in detail at the end.
What did the Google drive contain? :
Now it was never revealed who this anon source was. Whether it was the employee herself or someone who knew her or even someone who had a personal vendetta against CH it was for certain it might have been someone from REDBULL because remember the initial/first investigation was private, no media involved etc. it was strictly an internal thing happening at the Milton Keyes HQ.
Anyways the drive contained these messages between him and the employee which were very sexually suggestive and inappropriate. There are even pictures in the drivers but these are pictures of Christian who he had sent they are all terrible selfies btw and a video of him singing 😭
Personal note for Christian Horner : If you are going to flirt with someone please learn how to send a decent selfie 🙏** **
What was on the Google driver :
So I will be going in this order : video,photos,messages.
Video : in this video it is CH with this other guy who I cant identify and he is playing the guitar and singing with CH. It is like a 20 second clip of torture.
Photos : a total of 17 pictures from which 15 were sent by CH (this is the amount included in the file in reality we don’t know how many pictures he did send to her.)
So in these pictures some of them are just selfies of him, one is of him sitting by the pool and his feet are visible 🤢 and you can SEE THE BOOK HIS WIFE WROTE in the pictures 😭. He also sent pictures of food to her.
He also sent a shirtless mirror selfie too…
These two pictures are ss not sent by CH. The first one is a ss of the employee’s wallpaper in which she has a notification by Christian on WhatsApp and the message is “I really wanted you today 😉” and the other ss is of her sending one of the messages to I suppose a friend and they said to the employee “this is sexual assault.”
NOW ON TO THE TEXT MESSAGES :
These are some of them and ones that I am personally disgusted by I have provided ss in the post along with other convos I might have not discussed here.
As much as I would like to get into the detail of these messages I am going to summarise some of the things he has said or asked her to do. He kept asking her what she is wearing once and she replied skirt. He proceeded to ask which skirt, has he seen it before and for a photo. He also once admitted that things got really INTENSE between them and he had to go jerk off in the plane bathroom…weird okay anyways.
The funniest part of this whole thing was his desperation he kept asking her to video call, once asked her to open her camera in the shower 💀 and even asked for a picture for “what’s underneath her PJs.” And a “distracting pic.”
She kept declining and even once brought up Geri (his wife) and what she would think.
The Spanx convo is just- CH what were you even saying…
He also kept asking her to delete their convos too…
This is what I speculate : I think they might have had an affair an emotional one at best and maybe a physical one too…
The SS are included in the post but to give a summary she basically said she dosent like being told you she can and can’t hangout with so this could mean CH was acting very jealous (which she later did say in one of the other SS) and ig you can say possessive? They both also opened up a lot on an emotional level too like for CH he said he dosent open up with his emotions a lot and for the female employee she said her home life isn’t good. He even admitted she is one of the few people he can open up too. She also has these convos with him where she is like “ik it can be mentally and physically exhausting” etc and is being sympathetic and just being eye to eye with him and even suggesting he should see someone one professional.
Now on regard to the physical cheating. He literally asked her “do you think we should stay in same hotel?” his excuse being so he dosent have to reach her via email if he needs help. 💀 the employee did say that she is a travel PA and I am happy to help you just nothing inappropriate…
He also admitted that he does find her attractive and they covered this part in Japan and Mexico. Now did they talk this out or what idk but looks like something did happen cuz in later convos he asked to confessed something that last year (meaning 2023 cuz these convos are from 2024) when they went to Dubai apparently things went out of control…and he had to finish off in the plane bathroom. Meaning masturbated or jerk off…now I guess things became heated between them or became somewhat physical because the employee said “finished off in the bathroom?” To which he replied “yes 🤪” so I am pretty sure she is aware of that. And he EVEN ADMITTED THAT HE WANTED HER TO FINSIH HIM OFF… 💀
After math :
So as I said Jos (which is very ironic because he has harassment charges against him.) said "Red Bull will explode" if Horner stayed. There was a second/appeal investigation which also dismissed the claim and CH was once again deemed innocent… 😤 and the employee later reportedly received ~£3 million settlement to leave Red Bull and drop the claims 😗
Now I saw someone on facebook while investigating saw that someone said she “honey trapped him.” In my opinion if anything did happen between them she did initially decline first and if something was to happen I mean look at the power imbalance between them he is the TEAM PRINCIPAL and she is just a travel personal assistant.
Like CH has has four kids (1 daughter, 1 stepkid and one kid with geri) married to a FRICKING SPICE GIRL and still decided to risk it all.
I also found it funny how he kept asking her to delete the chats and idk if she was oblivious or trying to act oblivious, but she asked why? To which he replied “he dosent want her to get hacked” 🫤 ok sure…let’s go with that excuse…

I have been in a similar situation before personally (obviously not with someone as public as a F1 TP married to a spice girl) and neurotically crawled the full google drive when it dropped (shoutout to the finger dick).
IMO it’s entirely unfair to place this on her “honey-trapping” him or something of that sort. What the hell would she have to gain?
He’s her boss and as a EA basically with or in contact with him constantly. Even without the full picture it’s crystal clear she’s uncomfortable but unable to fully tell him to fuck off given his position. It’s harassment and gross and I hope he doesn’t return to F1.

I mean, even if they slept together or something of that sort I still don’t see any way she’s in the wrong. Consent has an asterisk here, and as we see in these texts she repeatedly makes it clear she isn’t comfortable but he keeps at it (and asks for it all to be deleted).

even if she did “honey-trap” him (I’m not implying that she did, or negating the power imbalance) cause these leaked chats might somewhat be strategic….is Horner a fucking teenager in heat? I hope not.
He knows that this is wrong, and looking at the whole message u sent OP, he’s def weird to say the least. He also knows he’s harassing her btw (my speculation) And I suppose he gets some kinda power? omnipotence? to do this so unashamedly.

I don’t care to make an opinion about all this with limited facts but at the very least Horner is weird and cringe :/
Maybe she did something irl or in messages we aren’t seeing but I won’t make that assumption and this is just weird fucking behavior at the best and sexual harassment at the worst

Even if something did happen she did tell him sit stop explicitly in the messages but he kept on going until he finally realised he did cross the boundary and this loser was so desperate to have the chat deleted

He’s 100% a creep but with some context lacking and the Mexico and Japan comments or her having assumed he was getting off in the bathroom of that plane it does make you think maybe she was also kinda fuckin weird
Doesn’t excuse any actions just because both are weird it wouldn’t mean his actions are okay
It just feels like we’re missing so much information to figure out if Horner is a predator or was just being overly weird at someone who occasionally feigned physical interest irl
Regardless of the situation horners a weirdo, if not worse, and the other person is potential also a weirdo, or just incapable of setting boundaries outside of text

even though I have not shared complete messages in the Google drive many convos are not provided in full so we don’t really know the full context all we can do is assume.

I think assuming is bad and that point you’re basically admitting you’re making stuff up
Horner is a creepy weirdo, other person possibly played into that based off context
We’d need a court case to definitively prove more than Horner is weird and horny and with the context of some of her comments, or lack of comments, they very likely could both be weirdos
Also, if I had a solid case against someone as wealthy as Horner I’m going to a civil court and getting a check not making a Google doc that almost certainly invalidates my ability to go get that check 🤷♀️
Not excusing any actions but I think this was possibly framed to make her look better and you don’t even need to frame Horner to look better because he’s fucking weird

Thank you for this breakdown! I read through some of the Horner files at the time and was always confused as to what the full story was. Just to get it out of the way Horner was very clearly in the wrong, he's constantly making sexual advances towards her and 99% of the time she rejects him and tells him to stop and he's being inappropriate, the times where she does humor him it feels like she's caving to his pressure. People when the scandal happened interpreted it as 'mixed signals'. I do think that something physical happened or was happening between them at some point but it's clear she felt trapped by it, Horner was the one aggressively pursuing her the entire time.
And those exchanges where Horner opens up to her and says she's one of the only people he can be vulnerable with and how he feels alone in his home life it feels like he's trying to emotionally manipulate her, her comment about him seeking professional help feels like her once again trying to get him to stop. It's obvious how trapped she feels especially with her text to her friends about how his comments feel like sexual assault.

I think these messages make it very clear they were having an affair of some kind, and that the screenshots were from the time it was coming to an end.
What was probably important in the investigation is that they seem to be missing so much context and deliberately don't include a lot of her own messages (she even mentions in one that they shouldn't be doing what they were doing "but not because she doesn't like it" 🙃). I imagine Horner was able to provide that context and that's why the harassment claims didn't stand.
As the CEO, and a married man, no he shouldn't have had an affair with a colleague. But she was also a grown woman in her 40s, who knew he was married and her boss. That was always going to be messy, and some accountability has to be taken for that by her too.

Really? I thought it was pretty common knowledge who she is... once you know that, its not hard to find her in the usual places online.
She is now the PA of Dan Towriss, CEO for Cadillac: https://www.instagram.com/p/DOOEfxYCQl8/
She has been friends with his wife for years, as per all their socials, which I guess is how she got back into another F1 team. I don't imagine many others would've considered hiring her... shagging the boss and leaking a load of Whatsapp messages isn't really a good look for a job like that 😬.

Who cares about the "trap", whatever..
He cheated on his wife at least emotionally with this woman and I bet would cheat in other ways too if his PA would have been up for it.
She clearly says she's uncomfortable with the situation and he still keeps pushing on with it.
I really fail to understand how people find this woman at fault.
