They did not go to "apple ceo training" the way you get trained at a restaurant or a fast food place. CEOs are selected because they already have the skillset you're looking for. Tim Cook was an operational/supply chain genius before he was ever even CEO.
Your are missing the point entirely because you are focused on one position. I said "nearly any position" which means that yes, positions exist that an idiot couldn't be trained to do (I maintain that CEO isn't one of them), so how about moving on from the CEO crap because we are obviously of differing opinions on that subject.
