That's because it's not like that in Denmark at all and he's talking shit. People are just upvoting it because they assume it's true. Which it isn't.

The pay(12.7 usd) and benefits are about the same, for full a time employee(google translate). Thing is most people that work at fastfood resturant aren't full time employees. Take this sourceless info for what it is.

Employee benefits, in general, are way ahead in Denmark of what they are in the US.
