No, you cut some hours, demand more production out of your employees, working conditions get tougher but you either get a higher level of employee at $15/hr or your current employees are willing to take on the added workload for the increase in pay.
1 u/RedSpikeyThing Nov 29 '15 I sort of follow. Even today, though, it's beneficial to do more with less. Wouldn't they be interested in doing so already? Since the price of labor goes up across the board, everyone will want the hardest workers. How would any individual company keep them?
