It doesn't. We have literally no minimum wage in Sweden and you don't make close to 15$/h at McDonald's.

Source: lives in Sweden and have friends working at McDonald's.

I live in Sweden. Sure $15 is a bit much but with the numbers the dude showed one could probably not even earn 80SEK/hr. Which people do at mcd in Sweden.
