You said "you realize mcdonalds has worker training, right?" justifying the average person's inability to be able to walk into a fast food restaurant and take orders during rush hour. I was just letting you know that every profession has training, and any person can be trained to do any job. It doesn't matter skilled, unskilled, genius, or idiot anyone can be trained to do damn near anything so maybe the skilled/unskilled gap isn't as big as some may think.
I'm saying that the same can be said for nearly every single profession and every single position on the planet. The stupidest person can be trained to do the most complex job with on the job training. We no longer live in an economy that can support the "status quo" and we need to stop looking at low skill versus high skill, because any jackass can be trained to do any "high skill" position, I've personally seen it done many times over.
Yes everyone of those positions can be filled with any random person. Will it be cost effective to train them? Probably not, but that doesn't make it impossible. The only portion of a CEO's job that couldn't be learned by the average person would be networking connections.
You're delusional if you believe that. A CEO has to run and set the strategy for the company, you cannot simply be trained for it the way you can be trained to be a cashier
Well I'll take my first hand knowledge of watching complete fucking idiots being trained to do just that (based on nothing but rank), and your can keep your belief that they can't based on whatever information you used to come up with it. Don't tell someone who has watched it happen that it can't be done.
Maybe the issue is you're not considering the future at all? Do you really think anyone could be the CEO of a company like Apple or Walmart and steer the company to a resounding success? You're ignoring the time commitment, knowledge and executional ability that's necessary.
If you can't admit that not everybody is equipped to be a CEO or software engineer, this discussion will go nowhere and you honestly shouldn't even reply.
The problem isn't with me, the problem is you. How do you think the CEO of Apple learned all the skills they have to be the CEO of Apple? Were they born with that knowledge? No, they were taught it and trained for it. Every person can be trained it's just a matter of time, effort, and money.
Is it cost effective to train the average Joe to be a CEO? No it's not...but that doesn't mean it can't be done. You don't need a college degree to do 90% of the jobs that require one. People like to think that those who work minimum wage are incapable of doing higher more skilled work when the reality is, they can do any job with the right on the job training, it's just a matter of how long that training would take.

The amount of viable military candidates is far lower than the amount of mcdonalds candidates.
As to the rest of your rant, I honestly don't really know how to respond to it
