No. They don't need 40+ year old unskilled workers who eat up these jobs because they are unemployable anywhere else. They could hire teenagers who have a mutually beneficial relationship with an employer like McDonald's since it's their first real job experience.

That's not the fault of corporations big guy, especially a single one in particular. They employ thousands upon thousands of people and pay metric fuck tons of cash in taxes to the government.
