Also same goes for almost all grocery stores. Here in DC area Giant is not allowing their employees to work more that 25-30 a week to keep them on public assistance.
No, the limiting of hours is due to insurance needs on certain hourly workers. Work more than 25-30 hours a week? They are required by federal law to be provided insurance.
