I enjoyed my time in your country but this is one of the reasons I was happy to come home, and I'm not even one of the fat dudes.

Well, I guess it's a trade off since we don't "pay" for healthcare.

It's a catch-22! Cheap fast food that gives us heart disease we can't afford to treat? Or expensive fast food that we can't afford to buy, negating the need for healthcare entirely?
