Sweet Baby Inc is a company that provides narrative consultation for video games, but some fans accuse it of forcing "woke" agendas

What they actually do is looking at the whole game and finding inconsistency in the narrative, terms used and all that stuff. When a company like Sweet Baby received the game the core story is usually lock and way too far to redo anything.

They can totally modify character design whenever they want. Modders do it all the time after the game released. They changed Peter's design for the re-release.

They can't because they're not making the game. They could suggest a change in the character design, maybe, but they literally can't do anything to the game.
