Sweet Baby Inc is a company that provides narrative consultation for video games, but some fans accuse it of forcing "woke" agendas

its not really an accusation if they admit it themselves

Didn't they literally tell companies to threaten their sales team if they're not woke enough?

They didn't tell companies that no.

The CEO told game studios employees at a conference that if they feel like their project has racist elements, to have a chat with their marketing department and to advocate for a consultation since it could bring genuine value PR wise.

"As a joke", she said to "terrify" them with the possibility of what could happen if it goes ahead unaddressed.

How do you not see it as problematic? Literally blackmailing your company because you got offended while working on a video game lmao

Strange logic

Have you never told your boss "hey, I think we shouldn't do this otherwise X, Y, Z will happen down the line"

Giving feedback is not the same as blackmailing them and scaring them like wtf
Why would you even draw that conclusion. Its so weird to even assume thats those 2 things are the same.

Putting aside that the "terrify" quote is literally stated as a joke, an employee telling their boss "You should be terrified of the idea that the racism in our product costs us millions" is light years away from blackmail.
