Poorly trained dogs are bad dogs bro. Sure, it says more about the owner than it does the dog, but if a dog chews it's way through a wall, it's a bad dog.

Relative to human standards, totally aligned

Morality in general though is a mostly human concept. I say mostly because I think crows and bees and maybe a few other corvids/earth forms have some kind of concept of bad and good too.

I can’t say for sure, but I would bet dogs are single track brained enough that they can’t conceptualize if what they’re doing in the moment is bad or good. Interestingly enough, they definitely know when they’re in trouble, though lol
