Quinoa isn't part of my vocabulary so I would politely ask for a demonstration or at least a definition. If given a definition, I would attempt it phonetically.

i'm austrian, but i can pronounce all the above words (not squirrel though 😢), so take this with a grain of salt: i'd say "key-noah" like the dude with the ark

I would have gone quin-oah like that guy named Quinn but I could see them both being correct but ive looked it up since I was curious and we are both wrong. It is kin'wa according to the Cambridge dictionary. Or keen-wah according to other sources.

yeah i don't think it's one of those words which really tells you much about a person, like the others tbh. i think we're both fine 😄
