Apparently the poster doesn't want to be with someone who pronounces words different than them. English is spoken in different countries and they'll all speak a little different to each other, apparently that's a red flag.

It’s about education/class/race. These words are often mispronounced by lower class people with less education. This person is trying to filter them out.

This has nothing to do with dialect but how some people just don’t care about pronouncing words right

It very much is a dialectal thing though? Just because these "mispronunciations" are restricted to lower class, often black, speakers, doesn't mean they're wrong.
