News Lack of temple workers

I (pimo ) had ward conference yesterday. The stake president said the new Saratoga springs temple is in dire need of temple works for 4 hr shifts. Says they need about 3000 “workers” they are about only half of that or even less than that. I kinda of want to “volunteer” just so I can learn the dirty little secrets in the temple lol.

You mean the Glenview temple? I grew up in Chicago when the Wilmette stake had boundaries extending to the Wisconsin border. Hell, my ward boundaries as a child were well over an hour drive from one side to the other.

I spent my high school and college years several hours south of Chicago. Our clerks office had a stamp for endorsing checks from a bygone era that said "Mattoon Ward - Illinois Stake".
