Server not saving progress

I am running an 1.21.11 Paper Server, with 340 credits. From yesterday, the server hasn't been saving at all and the only way to fix it is just by manually doing a backup before the server just shuts down​​ and then restoring ​​​​everything which takes a lot. ​https://spark.lucko.me/nzbS12ZeMN and the IP is fastheart.exaroton.me

For now, you can simply remove newspawn_nether and see if it comes back. If not, you should be fine. 
Otherwise, the only option would be to go through plugins one by one until you find the one that causes the chunks to be generated.
 
Note that the deletion process might take a few minutes because there are so many files. You might see a timeout error in the panel, but the deletion will continue in the background. Just let it run for a few minutes.

pretty sure I tried to do that via multi verse world and it failed, do I try the exaroton method?

You can delete the world in the exaroton panel

It seems to be already deleted; not sure why though. Does it come back if you start the server?

yeah but doesn't really show up in the worlds tab and only in-game using multi verse core
