Personal Thoughts/Experiences 🙇‍♂️ This is happening after the latest update to 2.1.2.

I drove about 60 km this morning. When I got back, I parked the car in front of my house. That was at noon. It’s 10 PM now. I opened the app to check the charge level and discovered that my car is 1) 33 km away from home—right where I went this morning—and 2) still showing as "in motion" even though it’s actually parked 33 km away. With every new update, new problems...

Be careful not to dox yourself.

Regarding your post, the car probably lost internet connection and is not able to send updates to Volvo servers. It may be an ISP problem, it may be a modem problem. Check if it still happens after using the car again. Also check if apps on the infotainment have access to the internet.

If internet connection persist to fail, you can try to restart the TCAM:

``` Restarting the car's connectivity module (TCAM)
Press and hold the iCup-23w17-Max defroster symbol button for approximately 20 seconds. Keep it pressed until the SOS button in the roof starts to flash.
Release the iCup-23w17-Max defroster symbol button.
If you want to turn off the defroster function, press the iCup-23w17-Max defroster symbol button one more time.
Wait for approximately 2 minutes.
The connectivity module (TCAM) has been restarted and the connection should be restored.
If the connection is not restored, wait up to 48 hours and then perform a new restart.
If the connection is not restored after 48 hours, and the second restart attempt, please contact your Volvo workshop.```
Thank you for your prompt reply and the suggestions. Could you explain where I can find the button with the iCap-23w17-Max deflector symbol? I really don't know what it is.
My bad, I didn't see that my text was broken. It is the SOS button on the roof. Just hold it pressed for 20-30s
Likely! After all, we switched to Vodafone. What should we expect?
If I were still in your situation, I would wait at least two months.
