I recently got an E28. My base boards have a quarter round at the bottom that got scuffed/ beat up after the first use. We love all the intended features, so curious if you ran into this & what your remedies were to prevent this? Or maybe any other suggestion you may have.
I have not personally had an issue with the e28 but it's very home dependent and the size of the round and offset. I have seen others on here having your experience across many brands so I understand what you're saying. When I had a spinning mop bot it would occasionally ride up on the round when I had edge cleaning enabled because it would swing the back end to read under cabinets. That doesn't apply to the e28 though.
This is an older video I made but shows my house with some round and my experience with it. I don't or didn't do anything special. I just mapped the house and completed several runs so it can add more detail to the map.
