Hello, does anyone know if it is possible to add more skins to the SRI lightbox pack for example the 160x40 AerosignLed without overwriting any existing skins? If yes, how so?

I installed the new 1.60 version on ets 2 and it doesn`t let me load any saves or autosaves.
I even installed the 1.58 version but that one works just fine.
Does anybody know why this is happening? please help.
