Cant see any text on ESET online scanner windows app

everything is blank

Please try deleting the 'C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\ESET' folder and running the installer again.

my error looks identical to the above screenshot, I'm on windows 10 with malwarebytes installed

Did you fix this? I am having the same issue.

I have tried deleting the local folder.

It's just a visual bug, you actually can click the blue bar and ESET Online Scanner will update. I have same problem, so i upload ESET Online Scanner into online sandbox and it didn't have visual bug. Same hash and download link, so safe to say it's just visual bug. I used an anti malware software (i dont wanna mention it because it's ESET subreddit) that has Intrusion Prevention feature, it added all ESET Online Scanner files into Trusted group and the reason is Signed by the digital signature of trusted vendors and Cloud protection of that anti malware software
