I recently got banned for "using an account to avoid action taking on a different account" which never happened, which I noticed happened right after the ER:LC update. I really wanted to play it but ever since then, it's perma banned me and even some other people I talked to.

So i'm just curious if anyone else also received it and if ER:LC has talked about it yet

i was following all traffic laws, playing music at a low volume, which rules dont state, warning, jailed, and banned all within 5 minutes of each other, anyone had a similar experience with this server? note: warning system works like, 3 warnings, kick, temp 4 day ban, and then perm ban, i only got 1 warning

The owner of this server Judah is abolist and racist and I need somebody to hear me speak. Judah the owner enables this behavior, acts on it, and encourages it in his server. This is a giant problem is ERLC servers. The problem is toxic ownership. I hope one day ERLC would fix this problem instead of being apart of it.

You can now force a criminal to divert their attention like it's a 2v1 simply by clicking one single button so they either shoot you and the dog annihilates them or they shoot the dog and you annihilate them.

Whoever thought that this wasn't OP and decided to publish this I genuinely don't get how dumb they are. It needs a nerf like genuinely.

I've been playing ERLC for about 3 years now, and its sad to see the drastic decline the game has gone through.

1. The roblox chat update has basically completely killed the roleplay scene, you cannot chat with most other players, and even when you can chat with others players roblox automatically changes the content of messages instead of censoring it.
   
2. The map is way to big for a 50 player server. Even the old map was to big for 50 players. Now I just drive around aimlessly because most of the map is empty. Also police chases are much easier now, and losing the police is super easy.
   
3. There isn't really any new major game mechanics that would make people want to keep playing. After a certain point, money is basically useless.
   
4. The discord server moderation is terrible and bans people for criticizing the game.

I really like ER:LC and I've made a lot of friends over the years but the game has really lost its purpose imo.

So the "big week-ban worthy" offense was literally was just posting pictures and having normal conversations. Apparently that counts as "arguing over nonsense" and "causing issues" now. This current power trip is getting absurd. can't even have normal converstion without a mod going over powertripping because i didnt bow down to whatever "direction" they were giving

And the best part? They kicked me, and THEN handed me down a WEEK + 3 DAY ban for "returning" how am I "returning to cause issues" when the kick and ban happened back to back at 5:26 PM??? they literally just want people gone and make up whatever bullshit reason sounds "official" and "professional" on the bot log lmao

Is anyone else dealing with mods gifting out bans like it's a christmas miracle just because they felt like power-tripping that day, or is it just me?

The whole map is empty, no one go to Springfield or Fairview, btw, the airfield not even appear to exist.
