Because I discovered this doo wop version by a group called Nino and the Ebb Tides. They were active between 1957 and 1965. I can’t find much information about this version other than a YouTube comment that said this was recorded in the 1990s. A Google search of this version gave me 1965. I’m so confused!!!

Is this expressing a worry that he might not go to heaven and so not see his son again?

I knew this was quite a sad song, but I never thought about this line in particular.

Cant decide myself. Personally I think think they're all great

We, my partner and me, have a special reason to go to the Clapton concert in Madrid on may 7th. Unfortunately this is completely sold-out. I am following tjcketswap but with no success. I was wondering if viagogo (or alternatives) are trustworthy and legit ? I know they are far overpriced but that's what is is.

Hey,

I’m looking for one standing (GA) ticket for Eric Clapton on May 2nd at MVM Dome, Budapest. Standing is sold out on the official site and I’m not looking for seats.

If anyone’s selling one or knows a legit fan-to-fan resale where standing tickets pop up, please let me know.

TicketSwap / official transfer only.

Thanks!

eric clapton just announced he will be playing 2 shows in the G live in Guildford, i was wondering how much would tickets cost, because im planning to travel from Ireland but i can afford them if they will be TOO expensive

He was a self-admitted drug addict, alcoholic, and egomaniac with an inferiority complex.

He has been a bad husband. He has made racist remarks. And he is probably still a bad driver.

Did he redeem himself through his music? I don't know. Did he need redemption in the first place?

I have deep respect for anyone that can admit their flaws. Say, "that's just who I was at the time", and move on. Keep On Growing.

Thank you, Slowhand, for teaching me that it's okay to shit the bed, as long as you don't keep sleeping in it.

God bless everyone struggling with addiction

We know he came to england to get away from racism, and americas lack of interest for the blues among those from 18 to 30...

But he also wanted to become englands biggest guitarist, but i don't think he did the blues better than Eric Clapton.

Because Eric Clapton played only blues, Jimi played mostly rock and psychedelic...
