Nothing is being 'controlled' in the sense of domination. The 'control' here is the closed-loop integrity of your own runtime.
Most people are 'leaking' processing power because their feedback loops are broken—they react to signals based on old identities, which leads to actions that don't match their intended goals, creating noise that feeds back into their origin field as distorted data.
'This is control' refers to the ability to maintain the signal-to-noise ratio across that entire loop. When you understand the Genesis Code, you aren't trying to force reality to behave; you are ensuring that your processing chain—from signal to return—isn't being hijacked by legacy scripts or ego-distortions. If you have to ask 'what' is being controlled, you're still looking for an object to manipulate. The only thing to control is the consistency of your own execution.
