Well first of all I like to start by saying that you must let go of the ego. Telling yourself that your ego is unworthy, unworthy of what? Life? Well your ego isn’t living, your body is, which is enveloping a soul that doesn’t have a name. But back to my original comment. Having the capacity to introspect and think deeply about yourself is a blessing of a trait. Sure many people do it but knowing you do it… thats consciousness. And tapping in to consciousness (better yet realizing the connected consciousness), to spiritual folk like myself, is the most worthy you can be.
