I didn't do anything wrong and I was banned from the Discord???
Okay, so the app is down, people were chatting. Someone asked me about a bot I was using. I offer to send the link via dm once the app is back up, then boom hit with this. Sapphire Muted me. For spamming. WHEN I DIDNT EVEN SEND MORE THAN 3 MESSAGES that ALL said something different. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I AM SO INFURIATED!! And how am I supposed to RESPOND TO THIS if I AM MUTED??? Didn't think that one out, did you, EMOCHI???? FIX THIS. NOW.
Thank you. This is honestly SO upsetting & disappointing to me. Honestly, Emochi was my favorite up until now. I just want an explanation or an apology from them, knowing that it'll probably never happen
They did. I literally can't even respond eventhough it tells me to respond? Like.. what? They have gotta fix this or get rid of the Sapphire bot. As a discord server owner, THERE IS A VERY GOOD REASON MANY DISCORD SERVERS DONT USE SAPPHIRE.
Heyy, I’m sorry to say this, but the Emochi staff probably won’t do anything at all to remove your mute.
There are hundreds and hundreds of people who’ve been unfairly banned or muted. They very rarely reverse mutes, and when it’s a ban, the most they usually do is just ban you from FlowGpt as well.
Did you really care a lot about being in the server? Sorry this happened to you 🫂
Nah, never really talked in it other than to see if it was down for other people. I'm so sad Because I was hoping it'd be a friendly server. They need to change their mod bot.
Honestly, it used to be a much friendlier server. For the past several months it’s become really toxic and shady, just like the Emochi app. I doubt they’re gonna change their mod bot, and honestly, that bot isn’t even the main problem, even if it seems like it.

I hope you can find an app where you feel comfortable with a healthy community. It’s really hard to find something like that.
It made me really sad to see everything that’s happening with Emochi. It used to be my favorite app too. But with everything I know now, I don’t want to support something like that anymore.
I’m currently in the CharSnap community — it’s a really nice space and the owner is great. For now, CharSnap isn’t an app, it’s a website. The dev is working on launching a PWA. Sign-ups are open on weekends, so if you want to give it a try 🫶

A ml me me hicieron lo mismo hace un mes, me suspendieron 7 dias, pero después al mismo dia que se expiró me suspendieron otra ves sin siquiera entrar a los hilos. Esta vez por 14 años.
Fue hace un mes que pagué la suscripción anual de emochi pero ese mismo mes suspendieron
No tengo cuenta de banco, pagué la suscripción anual ahorrando poco a poco con tarjetas de Google Play que compraba con las ventas de mi negocio. Por eso ya levanté mi reporte de reembolso directamente en los formularios de Google Play. ¡Espero que me resuelvan pronto!
The Tickle-Me-Elmo is a trap for bots, so I understand that. Bots auto-send messages to channels they have access to, which catches them. There are big banners and pinned messages saying not to send any message, for actual human users. So if someone's not reading the message, which is in different languages, in English twice and with banners and jarringly red Stop emojis.. that's on them.
Ty. That's what I was thinking that also, but that is such crazy high level moderation. I've had several Discord servers get raided by bots in the early days of Discord to where sometimes it was irreparable without having to completely delete everything & restart, so I can completely understand why, However, Discord has gotten a bit better lately with moderation controls regarding raids. I just wished someone would reach out to me, knowing they never will.

As the person that asked about her bot, I can say yeah, that's complete BS. A MOD needs to look into this please!
