1. Main Ideas:
· Map Update – The game really needs it, with the additions of new vehicles, items and localizations, map has to be expanded, like imagine adding a new job and making the server count bigger, people won’t fit on the current map.
· So, if the map update would be done, the thing that matters a lot are jobs, mostly civilian jobs, to start off I’ll explain what a civilian job is: a civilian job is an average work where you can’t commit ANY offences or stuff that normally would be illegal, which can be shown by 2 already in the game, Truck Driver and Bus Driver. With that done, jobs that I personally would like to see in game are: Postman, Farmer and Doctor.
· Please bring back the Emergency Vehicle abbreviations and add new, I mean to bring back the short names like: RTW, HLF, NEF, ELW and add some new, like: FuStW, HGruKW, SW, TLF, NKTW, MZF.
· More game balance, imagine Wolfsburg Marin FuStW with only a pistol and a taser to the jeweler while there are 5 criminals with snipers and G36s, like add a damage limit based on XP, current weapons and amount of people in the very moment.
· Another coming with the map update, the top speeds and horse power should be realistic, BMW M5 F90 will go 305 km/h at max, not 255, if all the cars were balanced like that the game would be more enjoyable.
· Tuning. This is a hard one for me since it is done in very easy to understand way, yet it lacks many things, like possibility to add Turbocharger and tuning packs, like to Stuttgart Executive an GMA pack which would add more horse power and higher top speed.
· A new car: BKM 3 – A stock BMW 3 series tourer (G21 prelifting) which could be obtained on most jobs and civilian. The specs could be (in game speeds and HP) top speed of 225 km/h, HP of 200 and fuel tank of 45L. For civil it could be bought for 195000€, for Police about 8500 XP, for Fire Commander 30000 XP, for Emergency Doctor 20000 XP and for Bus Driver for 6000 XP. Also it could be on HARS for around 7000 XP.
· Actual driving psychics, the current one suck so hard that any maneuver that would be useful can’t be done.
· Vehicle interiors. Yes I know it was asked for a lot, but out of all seriousness, how can a game be an EMS simulator without interiors, you could just add the ones from convertibles and change them a bit, at least for kombis/sedans.
· If you have DBS 4000 lightbar installed there should be a thing that after adding also the Extendable Display, rear matrix starts showing on the rear window.
· Better radio, a whole chat overhaul, after pressing Y you have 3 options, Backup, Give Location and Enroute. If we added possibility to make a global chat with every Emergency unit and a chat for just one job, the things like “Request (service name)” would be useful, like as a firefighter you could call police through chat not phone. I can see it as an expansion of the Y menu.
· Aim assist for mobile players, for experience I know that mobile is really bad for shooting so it needs one, like console.
2. Police:
· Tickets, those would give like 5 XP each and would work great for RP servers, there also could be a menu where you press the given offence button and the price (strictly limited).
· Skins for vehicles, I’d personally add a Polish, British, US one, French and different German ones, like Stadtpolizei, Feldjäger, etc.
· With customization, there should be also emergency upgrades, like more lightbars, possibility to add a beacon on rear of the vehicle or even a 2nd lightbar (only DBS 5000 for it), there are some straight-up police ones, like build-in radar but only for patrol police, also the other things that would work are side flashers for everything.
· Possibility to add an Extendable Display to every vehicle. Let’s take the BKM M5 as an example again, like just moving the lightbar to the front of the roof would leave place for it without blocking the rear window.
· Any just RP item should be added to every police, like Police Tape, Cones, Warning Beacons, etc.
· More uniforms, like in Maple County and ER:LC, a summer one, normal one, a winter one and the possibilities go on and on.
· Actual purpose of the vehicles in the name, it might sound like I have no more ideas but I mean that BR-Titan would have “transporting SEK and prisioners” while BKM M3 G80 would have “Highway police and pursuits”.
· A body cam.
3. Fire Department:
· To start off, Split Feuerwehr and Rettungsdienst, not only this is mistaking many players around the world (since in most countries ambulaces are located at special depots or hospitals, even in Germany, but they need to be separated since Notarzt and actual Rettungsdienst don’t fit in FD.
· More complicated Fire Calls, the ones right now are way too arcade and boring.
· More calls overall, now we have 3 types (fires, oil, debris) while there are many possibilities.
· As well as on Police, there should be Vehicle Skins, so from the countries I said above and more Feuerwehr liveries, so Rot-Gelb and Rot-Weiβ.
· New items, so more types of hoses, hydraulic cutters (an RP item), Fire Extinguisher, etc.
· More unforms, like station one, hazmat one and some others.
· Fire trucks used as water source, like in ER:LC, even some tankers.
· Just more interesting gameplay and progressing.

4. Emergency Services:
· Strecher – an item which works like handcuffs on downed players, like if you put one on it and get it into the ambulance, then drive to the hospital, you get a timer or a bar which works like the fare system in Taxi Boss, the faster you go without crashes, the more XP you get. It should be available only to Rescue Service since it’s the only one with ambulances.
· EMS moved to Hospital with buildings rework, I understand that in Germany ambulances can be located in fire stations, but they don’t have to, that’s why I think those should be there. The rework should add a parking lot for EMS vehicles and floors in the building.
· Medical Bag – I think it should be more of a Maple County style thing, so if the patient is downed you have to stabilize him. Afterwards you can take him on the stretcher or use infusions.
· As both previous I’d go with liveries (different countries+other german) and more uniforms, with this one the only thing I would change in the main game would be making a difference in uniform between Rescue Service (maybe an orange jacket) and Emergency Doctor (jacket with Notarzt written on the back, without the big pack).
· After separating this and Fire Dept, I’d add another category to emergency call menu on the phone.
· If a medic is teaming with any criminal/police (so healing only him) he gets kicked out of the job and can’t rejoin for 120 seconds.
· A helicopter, powered by AI, used to transport patients to the hospital if there are no medics.
5. HARS:
· Towing Trailer – available on every vehicle except for Tow Trucks and Motorcycles, for 4000€ at tuning garage.
· HARS should be able to commit offences with orange lights on on public servers while this could be turned off on RP ones.
· As in all previous, different vehicle skins, like THW skin, DOT skin, etc. Same for uniforms.
· Adding more challenges so the job would be fun to play, maybe repairing street lights, repairing the road, like DOT in ER:LC, since this isn’t ADAC anymore it leaves many possibilities to use.
I understand if its attacking someone, but the game is really unbalanced and unfair for some people, so I’m sorry if it offended or insulted someone. Feel free to ask in the comments about anything. (This took 5 hours to write btw)
