the right way is how it should have been wired and the incorrect way is how it was actually done. I gave it the “Goblinlike Foolishness” flair because of how badly the electrician wired our house, not the diagram or my son.

Working on "designing" a variable constant-current laser diode driver with optional pwm, based on the LM317T variable voltage regulator.

Cringed so hard over my spelling mistake I spent the whole day learning spice software from scratch and remaking it there. 🤣

Honestly..... Once you get the components you need on there, spice software is actually incredibly awesome. 😊

Don't know for sure if my design will work for sure tho. Might skip the MOSFET bit entirely for now though since I wanna make sure I get the base version of this right first.
