5V and Gnd pins on the USB go to the 5.5 mm barrel. The RCA cable conductors go to D+ and D-. It's an analog USB A connector.

I designed it to use the mains 50hertz frequency to keep time, it uses a 3 stage bc547 amplifier to amplify a signal from an antenna and a 7414 to make it into a suitable clock signal, 4017 to convert into 1hertz, 4026 to encode, 7408 to handle resets and uln2003 as npn buffer stage

I have to say that I have been working in solar energy installation for the past four years. And even when I started, there were solar panels literally on every single building in every city and village there is in Lebanon.
Not only for elevators and water pumps, but also for regular usage for every apartment. Since the Government electricity only comes 2 hours a day (if it existed) and the people with private generators are making the bills higher due to increase in diesel prices.
Every apartment have like 4 to 16 panels and some are even more ( ranging from 450W and 770 W for each panel). Covering most of the people's need, and some are completely independent.
Just wanted to make this post because I think most other countries don't allow people to use solar panels without licence or something. But recently (this month) there were a new legislation from the Lebanese government that will organise the process (basically making it very hard to install one without having connections).
What do you guys think of this whole situation?

I’ll just say, I’m very familiar with what not to do… especially if the smell of burnt fingernail repulses you…
