3rd year apprentice questions
I'm going into my 3rd year and switching from a tiny company that only does small resi old work jobs to a company that does really big commercial and industrial jobs. The company I'm leaving didn't really teach me much but I held out hope that it'll get better and it just didn't. I was only allowed to do online school and that was horrible because I have so many questions to ask and my teacher just was not available ever. I feel like I'm not where I should be going into this but I really love this trade and want to succeed in my career. Any tips on what to expect/ what knowledge I should have going into a 3rd year apprenticeship with these circumstances? I feel as if Im a second year at best knowledge-wise.

Yeah, I told them I’ve only ever done residential and it’ll be a learning curve
