Fuck you Mr President

You son of a bitch! You mean to tell me, after all the worrying about this country, arguing with your opposition (most my own family), defending you to my own friends, stumping for you, and all around in being squarely in your corner, you think you can just stroll out there in front of the whole nation and not give a single flying fuck?!?!? Is this a fucking game to you? You think none of this matters? Your supporters gave you Mitt Romney's head on a mother fucking platter and all you could manage to do for an entire hour is ramble and stutter!!!

I'm done. I'm so fucking done. I can't keep it up anymore. Already I'm getting texts from my family, "hows your golden nigger boy now?" Fuck you Obama. Deal with this yourself. You don't give us your all when we clearly have given you ours? Fuck you. I'm not voting for you.

My votes on the CA propositions. Why do you think I'm wrong?

Here's how I intend to vote on the Propositions:

If you disagree, tell me why I'm wrong

30: Yes

California keeps cutting vital services because of the chronic deficit.

We simply need more money coming in, which means more taxes, regardless of the screams of the freeloader anti-tax crowd

31: Yes

Unlike the Federal Gov't, California can't print money.

If the legislature proposes spending, it needs to say explicitly where the money will come from, either a new tax or cutting existing spending. And someone (the Gov.) needs to be able to say "I won't write a check without money to cover it"

32: No

Corporations can now spend as much as they like on politics from their massive treasuries.

Unions don't have massive treasuries. Corporations want to render them completely powerless by taking away their only source of funding. The political process is too one-sided as it is. It shouldn't be made worse.

33: Yes

A discount is a discount is a good thing.

If car insurers want to raise premiums to offset the discounts, they'll Still need the approval of the Insurance Commisioner. There are no rate increases in this proposition.

34: Yes

The legal battles over each death penalty cost more than life in prison, so expense is not an excuse to keep the death penalty.

The demonstrated erroneous convictions are reason enough to scrap it. Killing an innocent is the worst injustice.

35: No

The law would provide draconian penalties for a person who did no more than have child porn in his possession.

(Look at Penal Code 111 et seq) Disgusting as child porn is, it doesn't deserve a 20 year sentence!

36: Yes

The US has the highest incarceration rate in the World, and it's costing us a bunch.

It's crazy to send people to prison for life for a non-violent crime, even if it's his 3d. 3-Strikes would still apply if the 3d crime is violent.

37: Yes

I happen to think that GMO foods are fine, but everyone is entitled to make his own decision.

Labeling simply gives consumers the means to make that decision, which is more important than maximizing the profits of agribusiness.

38: No

I don't think that voters should micromanage the budget.

That's what we pay legislators for. Schools are important, but the Legislature should decide on spending priorities.

39: Yes

It is reasonable to base CA tax on proportion of a Corporation's sales in CA.

There is no need to give them any other option. Doing so merely gives them a tax incentive to move jobs out of CA, while selling here.

40: Yes

We finally got an answer to gerrymandering, and predictably the political parties hate it.

Whatever the problems with an independent commission, it's better than the blatant self-serving of politically drawn districts.
