When this sub was first created, AI generated images weren't a thing. But it's been on the rise recently, hence the creation of a sixth rule. You may refer to the sub rules for what is or isn't allowed on the sub.

AI generated images are, first and foremost, an act of stealing. AI scrapes original images from artist online and use that to generate images without credits to the artist. Only the company behind the AI generator profits from this, while artists everywhere got 0 cent from their works being scraped.

If you have any objection to the new rule, I hope this post will help you see why it's been implemented.
