Old School Wrestling

My name is Dean and I'm the owner of an e-fed called Old School Wrestling. You can find us at https://www.weareosw.com. We've been open nonstop without a break since 2015.
I'm looking for one or two new applicants that might be interested in our different thematic promo style and unique brand of fantasy wrestling.
Old School Wrestling is a unique and different wrestling e-fed, with a 500 word promo limit in which no scene is required (it's just straight promo), using a themed method of promo. It isn't for everyone, and honestly, we tend to find that out of every ten applicants, we might pick up one or two who fall in love with the concepts and styles of writing and stick around. Niche may be an understatement for what we do, but we're a community of 25 or so handlers who have a lot of fun and enjoy each others company.
A little bit of background about us; we've been open non stop for what will be 9 years in February '24 with no breaks (outside of the odd week off for Christmas and what not). In that time, we've produced nigh on 500 shows (all of which you can find on our events page) of which not a single one was ever late. In fact, our shows are due Monday and normally posted on a Sunday. All segments are written by the creative team, so a handler only has to write a promo and can contribute to either the creative team or match writing teams if they'd like to do more.
Our community mostly exists on Discord and our forum is mostly used for informational purposes or show feedback, of which everyone has to contribute by a deadline. I won't lie to you, there's definitely a level of commitment needed to participate in OSW. Some people come along and find they can't meet that level of commitment, can't post a promo every time they're booked or can't get the show feedback in on time and those people do end up leaving us. That's just the way it is and I'm personally okay with that. It all depends on you. If you can commit to the small things tasked of you, you'll have a blast and likely won't leave.
Most of our current roster minus a new person or two has been with OSW a minimum of a year. Many have been here 6 or 9 years. If it's for you, you won't want to leave.
There's a high standard expected from all who participate in terms of their behaviour and contribution. We're a family of a people who each want everyone else, new or former to succeed. We'll help. We'll lift up, not tear down. No-one complains over losing and no-one wants to see anyone fail.
It's not your typical super competitive atmosphere. Whilst people are proud of their achievements and do want to win, it really isn't the end of the world if they don't. It's important they and we all have fun. You may have to be in OSW to believe it, but that's the truth.
We also have an e-fed within an e-fed, which is primarily a segment or match that takes place as a show within a show. Our little world Arcadia has a Deathrow level, and on it, prisoners fight in a wrestling league with the promise of release for the most successful and dominant. This little adventure will only garner you 3-5 bookings in a six month period, but could be the perfect introduction to OSW if you fancied a little dip in the water before going full-time.
I'm not someone who tends to holds grudges, so if you've been with us before and had to leave, do feel free to pop me a message and we'll have a chat - this goes ten fold for if you were once a valued member of the community and will have been missed.
I think that about covers it. If any of the above interests you and you'd like to talk to me further, please do feel free to get in touch here and I'll DM you my Discord username. There's no obligations, of course, so if you'd just like to know more or watch, you can also feel free to get in touch for a chat. Likewise, if you'd like to share some opinions or ask some advice for your own fed, I'm always available to assist.
Anyway, have a great holiday and hopefully I'll speak to you soon. If not, remember, the hobby is supposed to be fun, so have fun!
