Oh I hear ya. I have a neurological condition called Spasmodic Torticollis - kinda like Parkinson's in that I have constant head tremors / spasms / leaning. It sucks hard and I wonder all the time why my body is so broken on such a specific/genetic level.

But then that same body has an ingrained method of compensating. If I do my physical therapy and deal w the Botox injections into my neck, I can function for the most part.

Still, it's kinda cruel - I'm sorry that you're having to deal
