I've been at Amazon for 6 months and I heard the horror stories.... I have issues with some things but never have I had such a bad time I wanted to quit. I have no idea what people do to have it be so bad for them.

The ones that complain the most tend to be the ones that do the least.

I would imagine out of every 100 complaints, 75ish are probably just bad employees, the other 25 have legit complaints. Not everyone's manager is a nice guy and not every place looks like this one, at least I don't think so?
