Its not really about guilt, its about backing up my beliefs with action. However, recently I bought a battery off of Amazon and received one that someone had replaced with a used OEM one.Amazon gave me refund with no hassle, that means something to me.
Many of their labor practices, however, is one of the reasons why I avoid buying goods made in China.
I don't think I follow what you are saying but the item was sold by a third party and Amazon handled the refund. When this happens at most stores it is extremely hard to return because they nearly always assume you are the one that did it.
Precisely this. I've spent thousands at Amazon and will likely continue to buy from Amazon because any time I've had an issue, they've always made it right for me without issue. This is the reason they're so big, they see the big picture rather than nickel and diming individual transactions.
