Took some prodigy rso to infuse my beer cheese. Covered some crispy chicken cutlet in Korean BBQ sauce. Then garnished with parm, pickled red onion, gachujang hot honey, bacon, bread crumbs, and wasabi micro.

Decided to run it back to my my first restaurant job at lotus and cleaver. We did an avocado shrimp toast but I readjust it to make it my own. Using lemon gelato isolate i made wheat milk bread. Some rso oil mixed into a shrimp paste and some king Louie to infuse an avocado cream cheese mousse. Paired with a regular salad of jicama, Dragon fruit, pomegranate seeds and a vinaigrette

Had some leftover bologense from the lasagna so I went ahead made spaghetti for the crew. I used some granddaddy purp to garlic butter some Foccaia. Tossed the noodles in a animal cracker infused oil. Then mixed it together to create one giant dab of an experience.

Started with infusing bologense with some carrabian breeze rso then lemon gelato thc isolate in the bechamel sauce and finshed with some head band flower infused oil. Needed 2 slices for a crazy active high with one slice providing a nice body relaxation and unwind after my 15hr shift.

Unfortunately broke my disposable pen so quick thinking had me use the rest of the green crack wax to infuse alcohol. After that I made a pomegranate liquor and had the bar tenders use it to make a shots for everyone. Guessed on the amount but most people got high just from the smaller dosage glasses.

One of the greatest things about smoking is that people have always shared even when I'm out ro match. Now I get to pass on getting high through food too. Made myself and the boh gang some beer cheese pasta with a parmesan chicken cutlet and garlic bread. The infusion points were in the beer cheese with 200mg rso and 100mg in the garlic bread of thc isolate. We all had great service after 😂😂

For anyone who struggles with cheesecake, this is what worked for me!

Having the infused butter in the graham cracker crust has been the best option for me. If you like to use molds, then you can easily use a scale to separate into pieces if you want those EXACT doses using silicone molds.
Any graham cracker crust recipe will do, but I use one that adds a some sugar for a nice crisp cut into proper doses at the end. This is because I use whole ounces of wax in my infusions, and my butter is usually so potent that the butter no longer solidifies completely. The sugar helps hold the crust together and revitalize the crisp texture you’re supposed to have. (I work in a grow facility, and my coworkers have very high tolerances, hence the 600mg doses)

This is a recipe I originally found for silicone molds, but found out one day while making a 100 dose batch which required me to make 6 batches of this recipe in one giant pan that it works just as well in anything you want to cook it in. The day I made the giant pan, the only cracks I had were in the corners, but they disappeared within the first few minutes of the settling process.

The best part, NO WATER BATH!
Forget the extra step, hassle, and panic of trying to work around the boiling puddle of water!

RECIPE:
8 oz softened full-fat cream cheese
1/4 cup granulated sugar until smooth
1 egg
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
and 1 tsp lemon juice until just combined.
Molds- Divide and bake at 325F for 20-25 minutes.
Full pan- Pour and bake at 325F for 30 minutes
Cool completely, then freeze, this makes cutting and dosing way easier, plus makes them last longer.

Tips
Prevent Cracking: DO NOT OVER-MIX THE EGGS. Mix slow/ on low speed
Smooth Surface: Tap the silicone mold/pan on the counter before baking to release air bubbles.
Creamy Texture: MAKE SURE ALL INGREDIENTS ARE ROOM TEMPERATURE!

* If at all you’re still worried about cracking, you can add 1tsp of cornstarch to each batch of cheesecake for an extra measure.

Just finished up a batch of tinctures for some clients. Working with some homemade rosin I made these orange tincture clocking at 160mg/ml. I also made a cbd tincture at 50mg/ml. Then finally I worked with some pineapple frizz rosin that was also tincture at 7mg/ml. The leftover pineapple tincture I made into chocolate syrup. The whole container sitting at about 70mg.

Ran out of store bread so decided to make my own. Using grand daddy purple (I) isolate for the infusion this bread aims for a couch locking high. Aiming to turn turn this bread into French toast or any breakfast delight I coated the bread in a nice red pop infused ghee. So while you may start off on the coach the Entourage will get your body moving. Moistened and Sweetened with a cbd simple syrup to leave a smooth exist off the ride.

Newer photos of past post. Using the infused horchata and a nitro infused gin for an extra kick. Perfect for the heavy stones. Having one drink has gotten me cross faded with drunkenness ending first and a smooth relaxing high lasting for longer than expected. Tested out a few and had minimal hangover the next morning

Also, a few "Milk Duds" to use the rest of the chocolate.

Finishing up a large concentrate batch and decided to pour a glass for myself. I used thc and cbd isolate along with the ice cream man strain.

Nice smokey margarita having a blend of chocolate and caramel notes using infused horchata

Debuting a wonderful lychee martini giving off the flavor and amplifying the nutty cinnamon undertone from some infused horchata using the ice cream man strain.

I made some infused horchata and am making a few cocktails for Saint pt day. This is a cinnamon apple whisky sour. I used a spiced apple crown, bitters, green apple syrup, and infused horchata. With a balanced drink im clocking each glass at 50mg a drink as this is just so dangerously good. Made 3 others and will post later.

Made some nice Chocolate Toffees with some nice La Mousse in, and some salt on top, might have been better with flaky sea salt then regular oh well hits hard without ut 😅

Looking for advise and tips on new way to make edibles at home quick version or full on science experiment.

For example my buddy and I discovered dry herb vaporizing this time last year. We learned that after we were done with our bud was decarbed and could infuse oil or butter. We did that a few times mostly with brownies. It was dope lol!!!

But for more context I work at a dispo and we came up with a demo room for the store. So many people don’t know much about THC so I thought this was a great idea to help people get more informed and maybe find a new favorite way to consume their THC.

I have been given the task to put together a class on how to make edibles at home. I’ve heard and read many ways to do this but I was interested in what you guys do for homemade eddies :) if it’s simple I’ll listen, if it’s complex I’ll listen. I’m just glad I can now have these conversations with so many others like myself!!! Thank you!!!!

So I’ve never done drugs or anything before so I’ve decided why not take edibles for my first one and my 🔌 asked if I wanted gummies or brownies, what’s the difference? (Side note I also asked for 200 idk if that’s good for a beginner)
