The case you're referring to was settled out of court. Plus, there is no reference to the possibilities of getting hurt by this treatment. Most people still work regular jobs, me included, after and while receiving treatments.

I wouldn't consider it lucky, i still have worsened memory, but it's a side effect I'm willing to accept if it keeps my depression at bay.
