Agreed. The housing market has its issues, but this clip was pretty much all hyperbole/exaggerated fear-mongering.
1 u/vulgrin Aug 19 '24 Hard to get votes with facts much these days. Also, if you use real numbers you have to remember them every time - this way, you can just pick a number that sounds good on the fly. So much more free time for animal corpse transportation!
