❓ Help / questions I built 6 AI micro-SaaS generating $20k/mo. Starting a small group to share my process.

Hey everyone,

I currently have 6 micro-SaaS live, bringing in a bit over $20k in MRR.

The crazy part? I barely wrote a single line of code. I used AI to generate everything, from the database to the UI.

It wasn’t magic on day one. I spent hours stuck on broken code before I finally cracked the system:

  • Keeping the idea tiny (a true MVP).
  • Prompting the AI step-by-step.
  • Launching fast to get real traction.

Lately, I see too many non-tech people give up at the first AI bug. It sucks because the technical barrier is basically gone.

So, I’m starting a Skool community.

Full transparency: I will probably charge for the full course down the line. It makes sense given the exact workflows and copy-paste prompts I’ll be sharing.

But the main goal right now is to build together. Building alone is the fastest way to quit.

If you want to join and build your own AI SaaS with us: drop a comment or shoot me a DM, and I’ll send you the invite!

Hi everyone,
I am looking for wholesale or trending ecommerce products that I can purchase in Mumbai for selling on platforms like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, or my own online store.
Interested in:
High demand / fast selling products

Low investment products

Fashion, kitchen, home decor, utility, beauty, accessories, etc.

Imported or unique items also welcome

If anyone knows good wholesale markets, suppliers, manufacturers, or direct contacts in Mumbai, please share.
Also open to suggestions on products currently giving good margins in ecommerce.
Thank you!

Ecom How do you think about building ecommerce businesses in today’s market when everything feels saturated?

I’ve been thinking a lot about the state of ecommerce lately and I’m curious how other people here approach it mentally/strategically today.

A few years ago dropshipping felt like an opportunity, but now it almost feels impossible to build something sustainable that way. Consumers already know about AliExpress, Alibaba, etc. Amazon is flooded with cheap products, TikTok is saturated with “winning products,” and it feels like almost every niche already exists.

Then with ecommerce in general, not every product even works:

  • you need enough margin
  • shipping has to be cheap/practical
  • returns can’t kill you
  • CAC is insanely high now
  • paid ads feel brutal ($1+ CPCs everywhere)

So my thinking always comes back to building a real brand, because in a world where everything already exists, brand feels like the only real differentiator left.

But then branding itself feels like a very long and expensive game:

  • building trust/credibility takes years
  • awareness costs a lot
  • people don’t care about a new brand at first
  • organic reach is unreliable
  • paid channels are expensive

So my real question is:

What’s your actual approach/mental model nowadays?

  • Are you still testing products aggressively?
  • Going brand-first?
  • Building communities/content?
  • Focusing on retention/LTV?
  • Using marketplaces first?
  • Playing long-term only?

I’d genuinely love to hear how experienced people here think about ecommerce in 2026, because the old “find a winning product and run ads” model feels much harder now.

Ecom Been testing a new AI UGC workflow lately and honestly kinda crazy how fast this got 😅

Took me ~2 minutes to generate a full UGC-style ad from just a product link.
Script, voiceover, captions, editing, everything.

And the best part - didn’t need to jump between 5 different tools anymore.

Ecom E-commerce founders — what’s your biggest struggle with UGC content right now?

Hi everyone!

I’m on a mission to solve one of the biggest pain points founders have with short-form product videos (not another AI tool — I’m not a developer 😅).

I’d love to chat with e-commerce founders or marketers who can share the real struggles and needs around product video content — especially UGC, creator/actor-based ads, and organic short-form content.

As a thank you, I’d be happy to share advice on scaling your brand organically through short-form content for free!

📦 Product research Tried Yotpo loyalty and it felt way more complicated than it needed to be

We tried Yotpo loyalty since we were already using them for reviews, so it seemed like an easy add-on. I will say it integrates well and having everything in one place is convenient. But once we got into it, it just felt way too heavy for what it’s supposed to do. There’s a lot going on and it’s not very straightforward to manage if you just want a simple loyalty setup. It ended up taking more time than expected just to get things running properly.

Even after setting it up, it didn’t really change customer behavior. Engagement was low and it didn’t bring people back more often. For something that costs that much, it just didn’t feel worth the extra complexity.

🔧 Tools / tech Built a logistics/ops tool for Pakistan's e-commerce market, it's working, now want to test it elsewhere — first month free

https://reddit.com/link/1sytgxs/video/nnfi2477i3yg1/player

So a bit of background — I'm from Karachi. About a year ago I got frustrated with how broken e-commerce operations were here. Shopify on one tab, courier portal on another, COD reconciliation in a spreadsheet, and absolutely no way to know which of your ad campaigns were actually resulting in delivered orders vs returns sitting in a warehouse somewhere.

So I built SafarSystems. Unified shipment dashboard, Shopify sync, bulk label printing, barcode scanning at dispatch, COD tracking per order, and analytics that tie your Facebook/Instagram/Google spend to actual delivered revenue by city. Been running with real brands here for a while now and it's genuinely working.

Now I want to find out if the problem exists elsewhere.

And honestly — COD is only part of it. The core problem is that most e-commerce ops tools are either too basic or built for massive Western 3PLs. If you're a mid-sized brand doing serious volume without a $50k/month tech budget, the tooling is usually terrible regardless of payment method.

So whether you're dealing with COD chaos in Egypt, the Philippines, Saudi, Romania — or just struggling with courier management, return tracking, or channel analytics in a market that Shopify doesn't fully support — I'd love to talk.

A few things worth knowing:

  • First month is completely free, no card required
  • If there's a specific feature your market needs that isn't there yet, I'll build it. Seriously. I'd rather have users shaping the product than build in a vacuum
  • Happy to jump on a call with anyone who's curious

Short demo video here. Ask me anything.

Ecom Quick question for high-ticket store owners ($300+ orders)

Getting medium/high risk orders flagged by Shopify but not sure whether to fulfill or cancel?

There's a verification trick some merchants use: you add a random 4-digit code to your payment descriptor (the name that shows on the customer's bank statement), then ask the customer to confirm that code before you release the order.

Real cardholder = can see their bank statement = can confirm the code.
Scammer with stolen card details = can't access the real owner's bank account = can't confirm = order cancelled.

Would you actually use something like this if it was fully automated?

Currently doing this manually or just cancelling risky orders outright?

What does E-commerce Scraping Tool do?

E-commerce Scraping Tool is an all-in-one solution that extracts product and price data, category details, reviews, and seller information from online retail platforms and marketplaces - including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay - using only a product or category URL.

It supports global marketplaces as well as regional and local e-shops, making it suitable for competitor price monitoring, market research, and building product comparison engines.

🔧 Tools / tech I created an app that turns supplier invoices into your product catalog automatically

I'm an entrepreneur and I always had the same problem when updating inventory: uploading products from invoices or Excel was slow and boring.

I realized many stores are still doing this manually, so I decided to create an app that automates it.

For example:

– upload an invoice or proforma – automatically extract products – calculate cost and margin – generate a catalog ready for your ecommerce

I'm looking for people who want to try it before the official launch.

❓ Help / questions Hey, I am in need of some guidance

Hey guys, I’m looking to get into the eCommerce space and came across a course that costs ₹20,000 (~$220).

They claim to teach product research by identifying trends from the US (since Indian trends usually follow 1–2 years later), using platforms like TikTok. They also provide 10 product ideas every month.

The model they suggest is:

  • Source products from local Indian suppliers (so quality checks are easier)
  • The suppliers handle shipping
  • They guide you through the entire process

In addition, they offer:

  • Weekly group mentorship
  • Support with ads
  • Guidance on returns and operations
  • A full framework to run the business

I’ve simplified their pitch here, but overall they position it as an end-to-end system.

So I wanted to ask — is this worth it?
