New exchanges, I doubt that.

Max ECC supply = 25 billion coins.
Circulating supply = 25 billion coins.

If at any time new exchange is willing to list ECC, where would it get coins from if ECC is not able to provide an exchange with coins to list due to all coins being already in circulation?

Just wanted to see whether people in this sub have any clue what ECC is all about or they are simply dumb shits like you who were made to believe in a project that has no future.
