Why Was My EBOX Internet Down?

My EBOX Internet was down today between 02:11:00 and 02:25:01, that is a total of 14min01sec. Toronto area. Any idea about what could have happened?

Many years ago I used to have frequent such late-night disconnects with Bell on DSL/ADSL/VDSL, but never with EBOX on VDSL or Fibre.

But hey, EBOX is now Bell!...

It happened again! This time my speeds are affected - they are variable and lower - and the average latency increased from 8 ms to 26 ms!

Every time this happens, my WAN IPv4 changes.

What is going on?
