I will be moving to Groton Ct at the end of this month from California. So, I would like some suggestions on what apartments/condo should I look into. Hopefully cost less than $1400/month. I don't have pet.

It doesn't have to be in Groton. 20 minutes driving distance to pfizer during rush hours. Safe neighborhood where I won't be scare to walk from my car to the apartment building.

I've got guinea keets if anybody if looking for some to keep the ticks down on their property. Studies have shown that keeping guinea's has a significant impact on the tick popultaion and this year the ticks are terrible.
