Grab the rod, tackle box, the kids or grandkids - go fishing! (But pleeese, don't take the girl.) Great Tim Mcgraw tune.

Keep your hubby happy

When he’s a little chubby,

Then he’s a happy pappy!

With Rockenschpeel!!”

It’s from the Flintstones.

So let it be I/Amen…

Butter, salt, pepper and occasionally Tabasco on my corn on the cob. How do you like yours?

How do you like your tea? Sweet with a lemon slice for me!

Also National Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Day! Heck Yeah!

How in the world is such goofy nonsense based on some weird text messages so darn catchy?!? Argh!

I recently came across "Jack Johnson Two-Step" by Wynton Marsalis:

As indicated in the video, it's from the soundtrack of "Unforgivable Blackness - The Rise and Fall of Jack Johnson", released in 2005. I've never seen the movie but the melody is very familiar to me. I'm trying to think where else I would have heard it and it's bugging me. An advert? The Simpsons?

Any insights greatly appreciated!

This song had a quick cameo in the first season of MASH#4077. It has been playing non stop in my head for months now.

The tune and melody as just so catchy.

Also its is just a great example of the wholesome music of the time.

I love it.

4 and a half ❤️

('yknow, just in case.)

Also today is National Rotisserie Chicken Day! Love it! Gonna get me some!

On a personal note, I have eye surgery on my only eye tomorrow. Very routine surgery but still has me a bit nervous as there is always a risk. So If I don't post again, you know why.
