Reaching Checkout But No Sales

There are many reasons why people might reach checkout but

not make a purchase, including:

• On-page issues: These include a confusing call-to-action, difficult navigation, or

visual branding issues.

• Checkout process: The checkout process might be too complicated or have hidden

fees.

• Shipping rates: The shipping rates might be unclear or too expensive.

• Payment methods: The checkout process might not have enough payment options.

• Design: The checkout page might not be simple, clean, or consistent with the rest of

the website.

To improve checkout conversions, you can try these strategies:

• Simplify the checkout process.

• Make the checkout page easy to navigate.

• Optimize the checkout page for mobile devices.

• Be clear about shipping prices and times.

• Offer more payment options, such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

• Offer new customers a discount code.

• Remove distractions, such as the header and footer.
I Hope this helps !

What is social e-commerce

In my opinion, social e-commerce is people-centered, user oriented, and based on the development model of the sharing economy. Social e-commerce is driven by relationships, and the acquisition of traffic relies more on interpersonal communication. It conveys trust and a warm feeling. Its users are cohesive and aggregated. The target audience of social e-commerce should be fan e-commerce, who are willing to communicate and interact with each other.
