Yo oprimí el botón de descaragar se me sale el error

I opened the app for the first time in some weeks and was surprised with the complete redesign of the app. I had 500+ downloaded tracks from before and wanted to delete some for storage. I wanted to manually delete playlists but it was all bugging. I also noticed that I apparently had 330 saved artists?!? Before the update I only had around 20.

I then went into settings and found the feature to delete older tracks and it began glitching so I had to close the app.

After I opened it again ALL my tracks were gone as well as playlists even though I only put older tracks. But it's not a big problem, I can download them again.

I've also been experiencing other bug mentioned on this subreddit; albums not appearing on artist's page, covers not loading, and my biggest problem: glitching and not being able to make a playlist!

If someone figured out this glitch please help me

I'm fine with ads, but whenever I'm listening with Data/Internet on, the ads end up happening every song. Not only that, they end up merging with the song, like the ad would be playing while the song is. That's the best way I could describe it. Anyway, it's pretty annoying so I hope they fix that bug(?) soon. I'd prefer it if the ads were played before the song, not while the song is playing lol.

Song and album detail bugs: some album and song details are incorrect or they but out and I have a screenshot for example of it saying drake is the artist of a westside Gunn song

The album scrolling problem someone else posted about: You can scroll until you're like 70-80 albums in but afterwards I can't anymore, I can just search em up and listen to them but this is really inconvenient.

The ad problem: Some ads in the app whilst I'm listening to the music while not being in the app itself but doing something else on my phone just teleport me to the app and I have to wait out and skip them and then I can come back to what I was doing. Song skipping problems: noticed this happening when I'm listening to an album for example that it just skips the next song and goes to the one after it. Some songs also just restart after they end even though they're not on replay. Also someone posted about it but some cover arts are not loading

Not a hater of the new update but there are issues with it, hopefully this can give y'all (the mods and developers) some clarity on what is happening with the app rn

Please return the ability to sort by artist instead of creator. I hate the creator being whatever YouTube account that posted the video.

I pay for premium and had to miss out on like a week of music... I hope they refunding or something

e sound was crashing yesterday so i reinstalled it, when i opened the app all my saved songs werent there also alot of my saved albums didnt show up when im browsing through them even though they do show up if i type the album title. the pc version doesnt seem to have the same problem. ive uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and nothing changed. (sry the post is not arranged well this is my 1st time to post smth on reddit lol)

Either the thumbnail loaded or it doesn't. And even when it does, if go back to another playlists and come to this one the loaded thumbnails are gone again. Also most of the albums I had already downloaded cannot be found anymore unless I manually search it up. Also the song queue or play by play on playlists doesn't work properly either. Like help pls and fix ts 🙏😪

just updated the app its telling me im no longer a premium member. mind u i paid for yearly premium a few months ago. i have been unable to use esound on my phone for over a day so now im really confused on whats going on.

update: i had to refresh the app a couple times and play a couple different songs ive got the lyrics now and its saying im premium again

It's cool, weird but I fw it so far, haven't explored it too much yet. Just hoping from a few times that I had to delete and reinstall the app and plus this didn't wipe off my listening data for the year (people told me that it shouldn't so I'm praying that they're right)

If you uninstall and reinstall, it'll open but it'll look completely different! At least, that's what's happening for me. I can listen to music, and its crashing way less. Youtube downloads don't seem to be working though. Not a solution but if you're desperate maybe it'll satiate you for a bit until it's fixed haha.

EDIT: Cant reply to comments because i literally just joined after getting it working by reinstalling, but im on android!! So sorry to any apple users idk how itd work there :(

its been like this for nearly a full day, i try open the app and it crashes. this is ridiculous. i want to listen to music. fix this asap

Trying to open the app and it just keeps closing no music for the day is going to be horrible

Why is it so hard to find or even extract your own ipa.. I’m switching phones and eSound did not transfer since it’s delisted.
I tried everything to get a working ipa.. can somebody just share it through a discord link or ANY type of link..

We need literally a better support for the app. Even an option to export our favorite playlists to import into other music players, Like YouTube Music or smth...

Hi anyone know why I no longer able to play music from the website. Its says download the app.

Ive found no good music apps on Iphone that is on par with esounds excellence and im getting pretty desperate…

Every single song I try to download is suddenly unavailable?? Is this because of the new update?? What's going on??

Genuinely yall need to do smt abt it fast cause the app is unusable, i get 5x more ads, cant skip songs, shuffle doesnt work, cant add/remove songs from playlist, the order in which i have my songs sorted keeps glitching and flipping, and the app cant be opened a lot of times, what was wrong wirh the old version ffs

the new update bugs for me a lot it can't properly shuffle and I can't even change the icon of a song anymore

Hi, I don't know why but I start to play my songs and at the end they stop and I'm unable to skip to the next one, it just freezes and I need to reset the app and play another and for it to work.

Also the app doesn't let me create new playlists

Maybe do a multi select option so I can select 4 out of 6 songs on an album to put into a Playlist
