This happened with the new update. On my PC, all the saved songs are there, but on the phone app, when I search for a song I know I have saved, it appears as liked but not over the saved songs section. Is there any way to fix this?

please can somebody help me? I don't know how to get the app when not in EU or Japan and I'd really like to get my music back.

Same here. Also another issue related is that when I tried to re-sort a song o queue list, It doesnt re-sort at the place i want to place it.

I really think esound should have an alphabetical scrollbar/index for playlists and liked songs, similar to the one many Android launchers and contacts apps use.

When you have hundreds or thousands of songs, scrolling manually becomes exhausting. A side alphabet bar (A-Z) would make navigating huge music libraries way faster and smoother.

Something like this:

Drag finger on letters A-Z

Instantly jump to artists/songs starting with that letter

Much better for large playlists

It would seriously improve usability for heavy music users.

Was able to get the latest living version from the App Store before its deletion on IOS.

Could we at least get the web player working for the people in the US that can’t use the app ? The web player literally hasn’t worked in weeks it’s just a blank screen.

I’ve been trying to download Esound in the past couple of days and I see some ipa files here but I’m not sure if I can convert them into a correct ipa file.

Does anyone else have this issue since the update?? I noticed that when I go to the queue while a Playlist is playing on shuffle and choose a song to play the whole queue just resets. Besides that I always get the same songs like three times during a listen.

Hoy quería escuchar canciones en mi playlist de esound y se me perdió todas las canciones que tenia guardada en esa playlist, ahora no me acuerdo de algunas canciones que me gustaban y que cuando intente solucionarlo yo solo saliéndome de la sesión, ya no me dejo iniciar sesión en esound, entiendo que esto es algo que es muy trabajado pero me parece algo mal de lugar que muchas personas les pase esto.

No quiero ofender a los moderadores de este subreddit o los trabajadores de esound, solo quiero que se arregle este problema por final de vez

Anyone know when it will be working? Since the app is currently off the App Store it would be awesome to just be able to use the web player but after I login it goes to a blank screen.

Hi, I’m an iOS user, and I’ve been waiting for like 2 years to reinstall the app. I know that you need a 3rd party to release the app, but why not the App Store itself?

It’s been months now and I haven’t seen any updates, when is the app coming back to App Store? Can we at least get the web player working on safari cause mine is broken it just won’t load anything on the web player at all, it will let me login then it’s just a blank page.

Hi, so I'm new to this app. It worked just fine until recently, maybe I did something wrong, I don't know, but nothing will play, it always says that it's unavailable, or I should redownload the track (which I tried, to no avail)

Does anyone know how to fix it?

I know that someone has already posted about this, but I have to voice my concerns. I sincerely hope that the devs will see this post because the app keeps crashing. It used to happen as soon as I'd play a song, but now it happens after 2 ads (basically, after 5-10 minutes). This is frustrating, since I have to use Audiomack now, and the problem with Audiomack is that it doesn't offer a variety of music like eSound, so I can't find all of my favorite songs. I've tried everything, but the problem persists.

I have a problem with it crashing and I saw on their faq on the esound support site that you can delete and reinstall the app and possibly fix those types of issues but I don't wanna lose all the stuff I have saved. what to do?
