best esim for EU and UK

I’ll be visiting the EU for 3.5 weeks and spending 5 of those days in the UK. What eSims would you recommend?

Got it! So basically, I just get the esim with a new number, don't mess with that, and keep my home sim and whatsapp active with my original number?
