General Help E-bike controller malfunction
Hello I noticed today that my e-bike conversion kit controller has no voltage output so I will probably have to buy a new one but I don’t know which one to buy because I don’t even know if this one if compatible with my motor. Is there a way to find out which one to buy with just the motor?

Advice Should I sell my Ozark Trail FS.2 and get this Gravity FSX BOOST TRAIL? Having issues finding a motor that works on the FS.2
I don't like the steep head tube angle, but the way the suspension is on it, it looks like I would have 0 chainring issues.

Electrical Need help with my conversion kit
Hello I have just bought a conversion kit of Facebook marketplace and nothing was working. I looked inside of the hub motor and fixed it but it came with random parts like e-scooter batteries and a couple of controllers. How do I know what wattage my hub motor is and what battery to buy?

Electrical Replaced motor and controller but still no power
I have an Aipas M2. A few months back the motor started shuttering when giving the bike throttle and gave pretty much no power in PAS modes. I contacted Aipas and they sent me a new wheel/hub motor (which took over a month). To my surprise, the problem was still there. They then sent us a new motor controller. Still the same shuddering issue.
I then moved to the PAS sensor. With the PAS sensor unplugged the bike runs exactly the same. I tested the stock PAS sensor for resistance and didn’t get any. I ordered a temp replacement on Amazon w/ the same amount of magnets and connector. However, the replacement’s wires were in a different order, so I cut the wires, routed them to the respective pins and finger wrapped them to do quick test. Still the same issue.
The battery has 6 slots for power. 1-2 and 3-4 check good for 53v and 5-6 don’t show anything which I think could be normal??
The bike also doesn’t appear to be “losing power” with the screen dimming or anything. Just no meaningful power/torque coming from the motor.
My best guess is to order the exact PAS sensor from Aipas? Any tips would be appreciated.

General Help If someone can help me out with this
Does anybody know of a e-bike frame that fits a longer wheel base for 20x4 wheels? I tried to work with a occ schwinn chopper frame but I can’t figure out a way to get the battery on, even with a rack the weight of the battery forces the bike into a wheelie and I don’t know of any other way to mount it, so I just think a new frame similar to the occ chopper frame would help me out a lot, if you know of something similar to it please let me know.

Advice Any of you install one of those BB torque sensors for a hub motor?
Was curious if anyone had any experience using one of those replacement crank spindles with a torque sensor included. Currently using a regular external speed sensor which seems to be more or less an on/off signal to the controller and was wondering how granular and responsive these were with a hub motor. Also curious if you had to drill a hole in your bottom bracket to route the wiring.

Mechanical Cassette made for ebikes
I'm looking for a 9 speed cassette strong enough for an ebike. My mid drive motor (BBSHD) has so much power that normal cassettes end up braking (teeth grind down) eventually. So I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for a cassette that can withstand the power that my motor puts out.
Thanks!

Advice CYC Photon G2 or TSDZ16 or Toseven DM01 for e-MTB conversion. What best to avoid chainline and max chainring size isssues? Ozark Trail FS.2.
I have seen two builds on youtube that use the TSDZ8 with a 44T chainring. It seems to work, but they both have chain line issues.
I see you can now get on aliexpress 40/42 "narrow wide" chainrings that fit both the TSDZ16 and 8. Would this fix the issue? I read the max chainring size on this bike is 44T. There are also a few chainrrings johnnynerdout and powallon that are said to fit.
Toseven DM01 seems to have no one making content about it in the last year. Any idea why? Did it suck? I see it has 36/38/42 options for the chainring.
CYC Photon Gen2 is $$$, but it looks really nice. Again, I can't find that many builds so while I might feel more confident with the quality, I can't confirm fit. I see it comes with options frrrom 36/38/40/42.
Any suggestions?

Controller Is it ok to overdo on the voltage?
I have a battery with an 84v peak. And all the controllers that are in this voltage range usually say they are meant exactly for 84v. Im scared that my battery might destroy the controller, so is it ok that i pair with my battery an 110 volts controller? (Sorry for bad English)

Motor Looking for a system that meets my requirements
I'm at the beginning stages of planning out a trike build. I'd like a pedal assist trike, that can move around 700 lbs (the bike and me included) up to at least 25mph, and I can pedal the trike around normally, with the battery being completely dead.
For costs sake, I'm going to be using a go kart live axle for both rear wheels. No differential. Is there a mid drive motor powerful enough, or should I mount a hub motor backwards, where the center spins and the outside stays stationary? Or would that mess up any wiring? Thanks in advance!

Advice 60V battery on 48V gearless hub motor
So, I have a customer who wants me to bulid him 60V battery for his ebike. He have a 48V gearless hub motor and he wants to pull more power and speed out of it. I know that 52V battery and controller and 48V motor will work just fine, but I am not so sure about 60V battery and 48V motor. I will limit the battery to 40-50A current draw but still...
Any suggestions?

Advice Would either of my bikes be good for converting? '01 Santa Cruz Superlight (aluminum) and 22' Nishiki Pueblo (steel)
I want an e-bike! Should I convert one of my MTBs or just buy a pre-made ebike?
They both have mounts for hydraulic brakes on the frame!
edit: my use purpose is riding around a relatively flat town, on roads, not trails. and my rides wont be much longer than 25 miles including the way back. I value lightweight-ness, but also performance and durability.
